According to the Portland Police Association, a settlement has been reached in the lawsuit brought by frmr Portland City Commissioner Jo Ann Hardesty against the union. So far no court docs have been released with settlement amounts and Hardesty hasn't responded to KGW's inquiry.

@RhysInPDX so maybe Hardesty didn’t respond because non-disclosure is part of the deal? This was such a politically motivated, egregious abuse of power, I hope the individuals involved also get stitched up for defamation or other. #orpol #portland
